Navtarajewels believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellation: One’s you placed the order, that order should not be cancelled.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.
Unboxing Video: To help us provide the best customer support, please record an unboxing video with a 360° view of the package and its contents upon delivery.
Return Process:Contact our support team at support@navtarajewels.com within 5days after receiving your order.Submit your unboxing video to help us assess the issue and expedite your return.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.In case of any Refunds approved by the NAVTARA, it’ll take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
